Originally from Atlanta, Georgia I moved to the Gulf Shores, Orange Beach area in 1999. After a 6 year Logistics Career and a few years in Marketing and Website Design I became a full time Realtor in 2002 which allows me to use my multiple skillset as well as always providing challenges and opportunities to grow.
I am licensed in Alabama and Florida.
I am an expert Market Analysist and help my clients by providing the facts and current values that are most relevant in making decisions.
I am also a Certified Investor Agent Specialist, Certified Distressed Property Expert, Site Selection Specialist and I am an Associate Member of CCIM, Site to Do Business and Esri which allows me to provide my clients with all the Reports and Demographics they need to make an informed decision when dealing with Commercial Properties.
In my 14 years of experience I have assembled a team of Dedicated and Proven Professionals which includes a full time Handy Man and Maintenance Department, Electrician, Plumbers, Cleaning Department, Rental Booking Manager for Rental Property Owners, Commercial and Residential Mortgage Brokers, Insurance Agents, Home Inspectors, Surveyors, Title Companies, Engineers and I keep an Attorney on Retainer for the benefit of my Clients. Anything that needs to be done to buy or sell a property as well as an extended network that insures no matter what the need my clients never have to make more than one phone call to get things handled.
