I have been a licensed full time Realtor in the Gulf Coast area since 2002 working with buyers, sellers, investors and investment groups.
I am licensed in Alabama and Florida.

I am also a Certified Investor Agent Specialist, Certified Distressed Property Expert, Site Selection Specialist and I am an Associate Member of CCIM, Site to Do Business and Esri which allows me to provide my clients with all the Reports and Demographics they need to make an informed decision when dealing with Commercial Properties.
In my 15 years of experience I have assembled a team of Dedicated and Proven Professionals which includes a full time Handy Man and Maintenance Department, Electrician, Plumbers, Cleaning Department, Rental Booking Manager for Rental Property Owners, Commercial and Residential Mortgage Brokers, Insurance Agents, Home Inspectors, Surveyors, Title Companies, Engineers and I keep an Attorney on Retainer for the benefit of my Clients.
